Codes of Conduct

At Wakefield Regional Council we strive to live up to the community's expectations when it comes to the way we behave. For us, it's not just important what we do but how we do it - the way we conduct ourselves as we deliver programs, projects and services.

We have guidelines for both employees and our elected representatives.

Elected Members

The Code of Conduct for Elected Members sets out the principles of good conduct and standards of behaviour expected of the Mayor and Councillors.

Council employees

Council employees are expected to behave in a way which meets the highest standards of integrity, responsibility and fair dealing in the workplace and the community.
