Balaklava Eisteddfod

Established in 1997, the highly regarded Balaklava Eisteddfod always draws a big crowd to enjoy a wide variety of very talented musicians. Sir Robert Helpman from Mount Gambier, Keith Michell from Port Pirie, June Bronhill from Broken Hill and numerous others all trace the beginnings of their illustrious careers to local competitions.

Dates for the 24rd Balaklava Eisteddfod have yet to be released. The festival is held every year in August.
