Request a planning application meeting

If you require further assistance with lodging an application in the Portal or don’t have access to a scanner or computer, Council have facilities available in the foyer and staff are available to help you step through the process.

We have limited staff available to assist you with this process so if you present to the office without confirmation of an appointment we may not be able to assist you at that time and you will be asked to make an appointment for another time.

During your meeting

At the meeting you will need to supply, at minimum, the following documents drawn to scale:-

  • Site plan
  • Floor plan
  • Elevation plan
  • Structural details

Please note that once the application is submitted into the system Council staff will need to verify the application to determine if any further information is required in order to make an assessment. We may ask you to clarify or provide some additional information. Once the application has been verified an invoice will be produced and sent to your nominated email / postal address. This invoice can be paid through the portal.

Your application will not be formally lodged until such times as the application has been verified and the fees have been paid.
