Annual Community Plan

Each year, Council plans out which services and programs it will deliver to the community. These plans make up the Annual Community Plan.

The Annual Community Plan 2020-21 outlines Council's objectives for the year ahead, such as capital projects and the ongoing 'everyday' services our community know and love and, not to mention, the work we are doing in order to realise our vision for Wakefield 2030.

This year's Plan also looks at three major projects supported through the Federal Government's Drought Communities Programme. These include the Blyth Cinema expansion and the Owen Silo Art project. A $1 Million development of Hamley Bridge and Balaklava main street is also planned for the year ahead and will be partly funded by the Programme.
