General rubbish and recycling is collected by Clare Valley Waste on behalf of Council. If you have any issues regarding bin collection please contact Clare Valley Waste on 0438 884 340.

Transfer station vouchers
Each year Council offers six vouchers that entitle people to FREE use of our transfer stations at Everard, Owen and Port
Wakefield. One voucher allows the volume of a 1.8 m x 1.2m (6 x 4 foot) trailer, but multiple vouchers may be used if a trailer is larger.
If you'd like more information on the vouchers, or you think you haven't received any, contact us at Council for support. Property owners are asked to pass on the vouchers they receive in their rates notice to their tenants.
