Comment on proposed Hamley Bridge 5 Year Lease Agreement
Our Community is invited to comment on the proposed 5 Year Grounds Lease Agreement over land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 5782 Folio 562, being more commonly known at the “Hamley Bridge Recreation Ground”, Lot 302 F174203 Hundred of Alma, Stockport Road, Hamley Bridge with the Hamley Bridge Community and Sports Centre Incorporated.
The lease is for the purposes of “Recreation Grounds and RV overnight stay”. Copies of the proposed leases are available for inspection at wrc.sa.gov.au or from the Council Office, Scotland Place, Balaklava.
Council will consider written submissions, received by 5:00 pm Thursday 5 March 2026, before entering into the lease agreement.
