Community Land Revocation Proposal Report - Lot 102 Gwy Terrace, Balaklava

Council is seeking to revoke the community land classification of the land owned by Council known as Lot 102 D94096, Gwy Terrace, Balaklava.
The land is contained within Certificate of Title Volume 6144 Folio 41.
Council has identified the land as being surplus to Council’s requirements as it is not contributing significant community value.
