Community Land Revocation Proposal - Snowtown
NOTICE is hereby given that the Council is seeking to revoke the community land classification of the land owned by Council known as Sections 614, 615, 617 and 618, Lot 674 F190426 and Lot 675 F190427, Hundred of Barunga, Snowtown.
The land is contained within the following Certificate of Titles:
Volume 5592 Folio 120
Volume 5534 Folio 596
Volume 5828 Folio 186
Volume 5534 Folio 597
Volume 5592 Folio 771.
Volume 5828 Folio 185.
Council has identified the land as being surplus to Council’s requirements as it is not contributing significant community enjoyment.
Pursuant to Section 194 of the Local Government Act 1999 and Council’s Community Engagement Policy, a report on the proposal is available for inspection at the following at the Council Office, Scotland Place Balaklava or from Council’s website wrc.sa.gov.au.
