Lease Renewal for Telecommunications 1009 Blyth Road, Blyth

In 2004 Telstra constructed a telecommunication tower on the golf course land at 1009 Blyth Road, to service the Blyth township and surrounding residents.
The current lease is due to expire on 30 April 2024. Amplitel are proposing a 20-year term (4 x 5-year structure).
Members of the community are invited to provide a submission on the new lease arrangements if they wish to do so before COB Wednesday 17 April 2024.
