Leases over council facilities
Our Community is invited to comment on the proposals of 5 Year Lease Agreements for Council facilities located on land contained in CR 5753/169 Lot 101 (D39637) Wallace Street, Balaklava, locally known as “Apex Park”.
The two leases are as follows:
- Lessee: Balaklava Area Committee inc.
Facility: Sheds and associated infrastructure commonly referred to as the “Men’s Shed” for permitted use being activities consistent with “Community Shed activities”
- Lessee: Balaklava High School
Facility: Shed commonly referred to as the “former croquet clubroom” for permitted use being a community learning hub and associated educational activities
