Roll up, roll up singers, musicians, dancers, poets and other talented people, and register for the Wakefield Regional Talent Quest. Hosted by Balaklava Town Hall on Sunday 26 November, this is an opportunity for you to showcase your special talent.
Wakefield Regional Council Mayor Rodney Reid encouraged talented people of all ages in Wakefield to apply for this exciting Talent Quest.
“I know there are very talented people in our region and it would be wonderful to see as many as possible at this event,” he said.
“We have all had that ‘wow’ moment, when someone’s talent just blows you away and you can’t help but think - how on earth do they do that?” he said.
Balaklava Town Hall Manager Brenda Nankivell said the Talent Quest is not just about providing a platform for people to display their talent it’s also about bringing people together.
“Even if you are not performing, come along and enjoy the festivities,” Ms Nankivell said.
If you are interested in performing please register your name, contact details and five interesting things about yourself to admin@bth.org.au or telephone 1300 655 224.
